βš–οΈ Copyright Protection πŸ“§ Fast Response
⚠️ Important Note on Service Architecture:

SaveInDrive is a pass-through streaming tool. We do not host, store, or distribute any files. Files flow directly from source URLs into users' own private Google Drive accounts. We do not have access to transferred content once a transfer completes. If your copyrighted content appears publicly accessible on Google Drive, you should contact Google directly.

1. Our Commitment to Copyright

SaveInDrive respects intellectual property rights and expects users to do the same. We comply with the Digital Millennium Copyright Act (DMCA) and will respond expeditiously to valid notices of alleged copyright infringement.

2. How SaveInDrive Works (Context for Copyright Claims)

Our service is a user-directed, on-demand streaming pipeline:

  • Users provide URLs to files they wish to transfer
  • Our server streams the file directly from the source to the user's private Google Drive
  • No file is stored on our servers at any point
  • The destination is the user's personal, private Google Drive folder
  • We have no ongoing access to transferred files

We are therefore primarily a conduit service under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(a). However, we take all copyright concerns seriously.

3. Reporting Copyright Infringement

If you believe that material transferred via SaveInDrive infringes your copyright, you may submit a DMCA takedown notice to our designated agent.

3.1 Required Information for a Valid DMCA Notice

Your notice must include all of the following:

  1. Identification of the copyrighted work you claim has been infringed
  2. Identification of the infringing material β€” the specific URL or description of where the infringing activity occurred via SaveInDrive
  3. Your contact information: name, address, telephone number, and email address
  4. A statement of good faith belief: "I have a good faith belief that use of the copyrighted materials described above is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law."
  5. A statement of accuracy: "I swear, under penalty of perjury, that the information in this notification is accurate and that I am the copyright owner or am authorized to act on behalf of the owner."
  6. Your physical or electronic signature

3.2 Submit Your Notice

Send your DMCA notice to our designated copyright agent:

DMCA Agent β€” SaveInDrive
πŸ“§ Email: dmca@saveindrive.com
πŸ“‹ Subject Line: "DMCA Takedown Notice β€” [Your Name]"

We will acknowledge receipt within 3 business days and take appropriate action within 10 business days of receiving a complete, valid notice.

4. Counter-Notification

If you believe your content was incorrectly removed or disabled in response to a DMCA notice, you may submit a counter-notification. Your counter-notice must include:

  1. Your physical or electronic signature
  2. Identification of the material removed and the location where it appeared before removal
  3. A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the material was removed by mistake or misidentification
  4. Your name, address, telephone number, and a statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the appropriate federal court

5. Repeat Infringer Policy

SaveInDrive will terminate the accounts of users who are found to be repeat infringers. We take copyright infringement seriously and will block repeat offenders from using the Service.

6. Abuse of the DMCA Process

Filing a fraudulent DMCA notice is a violation of federal law under 17 U.S.C. Β§ 512(f) and may expose you to liability for damages, including costs and attorneys' fees incurred by the accused party. Please only submit genuine takedown notices.

7. Preferred Resolution

If you believe a user is misusing SaveInDrive to infringe your copyright, the fastest resolution is usually to:

  1. Contact Google's copyright team directly about content in Google Drive
  2. Report the specific source URL to the original hosting platform
  3. Contact us at dmca@saveindrive.com for SaveInDrive-specific concerns
