1. Agreement to Terms
By accessing or using SaveInDrive ("the Service"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, do not use the Service. These Terms apply to all visitors, users, and others who access the Service.
2. Description of Service
SaveInDrive provides a cloud-to-cloud file transfer tool that streams files from web URLs and Google Drive shared links directly into your Google Drive account via Google's official Drive API. The Service operates as a memory-only pipeline — we never store your files on our servers.
3. Eligibility
You must be at least 13 years old to use the Service (16 years old in the EEA for GDPR purposes). By using the Service, you represent that you meet these age requirements and have the legal capacity to agree to these Terms.
4. Google Account & OAuth
Use of the Service requires a valid Google Account. You are responsible for:
- Maintaining the security of your Google Account credentials
- All activity that occurs under your Google Account via SaveInDrive
- Complying with Google's Terms of Service and Google Drive API Terms
5. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use SaveInDrive to:
- Transfer, reproduce, or redistribute copyrighted content without proper authorization
- Circumvent access controls or download restrictions on copyrighted material
- Upload illegal content, malware, or content that violates any applicable law
- Violate Google Drive's Terms of Service, storage quotas, or API rate limits
- Conduct denial-of-service attacks, scrape abusively, or attempt to harm the Service
- Use the Service for any commercial purpose without explicit written consent
- Impersonate any person or entity
6. Copyright and Intellectual Property
SaveInDrive is a technical tool that facilitates file transfers. You are solely responsible for ensuring you have the legal right to transfer any content you move through the Service. SaveInDrive does not condone, encourage, or facilitate copyright infringement.

7. Service Availability & Limitations
- The Service is provided on an "as-is" and "as-available" basis
- We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation
- Transfer speeds depend on source server speed, your Google Drive quota, and network conditions
- We reserve the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access for abuse or TOS violations
- Google Drive API quotas may limit transfer volume per day
8. Advertising
The Service is funded by Google AdSense display advertising. By using the Service, you acknowledge that advertisements may be displayed. We are not responsible for the content of third-party advertisements. Ad-blocking software may affect service display but does not violate these Terms.
9. Disclaimer of Warranties
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SAVEINDRIVE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, AND NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICE WILL MEET YOUR REQUIREMENTS OR BE AVAILABLE ON AN UNINTERRUPTED, SECURE, OR ERROR-FREE BASIS.
10. Limitation of Liability
TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY APPLICABLE LAW, SAVEINDRIVE SHALL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOSS OF DATA, REVENUE, OR PROFITS, ARISING OUT OF OR IN CONNECTION WITH YOUR USE OF THE SERVICE.
11. Indemnification
You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless SaveInDrive and its operators from any claims, damages, losses, and expenses (including attorneys' fees) arising from your use of the Service, violation of these Terms, or infringement of any third-party rights.
12. Termination
We may terminate or suspend your access to the Service at our sole discretion, without notice, for conduct that we believe violates these Terms or is harmful to other users, us, or third parties, or for any other reason.
13. Governing Law
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved through good-faith negotiation, and if unresolved, through binding arbitration.
